“My mentors taught me that failure is necessary. They helped me realize I have everything it takes, not just to succeed as an entrepreneur, but to lead and grow a real business. ”
Teo Aluko grew up in Indianapolis and had been passionate about business since childhood, selling lemonade and golf balls to golfers behind his house and later reselling sneakers in middle school. His dad encouraged his ideas, but when high school started, there wasn’t a class or club to nurture his passion. He dreamed of building something of his own, but without a clear path, he didn’t know where to start.

Turning Point
“I was able to learn from incredible mentors who showed me how to take an idea and turn it into a profitable business. What started as small childhood ventures, like selling lemonade, grew into something much bigger than I ever imagined. Teo’s Home Services has become a business that friends, family, and even neighbors recognize and compliment me on. ”
